Zscaler Introduces AI Analytics for Cyber Risk and Digital Trends

Zscaler, Inc. introduces Business Insights, a new addition to its Business Analytics lineup, helping organizations streamline SaaS usage and optimize office resources for an enhanced workplace experience and cost savings. The announcement also includes enhancements to the broader Business Analytics portfolio, incorporating AI analytics advancements in Zscaler Risk360 and Zscaler Digital Experience Monitoring (ZDX). These solutions leverage the extensive Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange, the world's largest security cloud processing over 370 billion transactions and 500 trillion signals daily. The cloud is instrumental in training powerful AI/ML security engines, marking a significant leap in cybersecurity innovation.

“IT leaders overseeing distributed organizations are constantly challenged to control costs while at the same time improving productivity and reducing risk exposure,” said Patrick Foxhoven, Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Vice President, of Zscaler. “However, point products are unable to provide sufficient insights to support distributed workplaces with proliferate applications and employees working from anywhere. Siloed data from disparate systems create blind spots in areas like cyber risk, digital experience, application usage, and workplace trends. Customers turn to Zscaler for the first-party data powered by the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform to empower application, network, and security transformation.”

Leveraging Zscaler Business Analytics, IT leaders can enhance employee experience, mitigate cyber risk, and streamline both SaaS expenses and office utilization within their existing Zscaler deployment. These insights prove instrumental in cost reduction efforts while ensuring organizations maintain a secure and productive operational environment.

“With Risk360, we are able to gain visibility into cyber risk blind spots,” said Darin Hurd, CISO, Guaranteed Rate. “This visibility lets us be more focused on where we spend our time, so we address and reduce the most pressing cyber risks.”
