What is your overall revenue % growth in 2021? 

RPA is the use of software with AI and machine learning capabilities to handle high-volume, repeatable tasks that previously required humans to perform. These tasks can include queries, calculations and maintenance of records and transactions.. There was a 20% growth from 2020 to 2021.

The specific % of revenue growth from AI and ML?

Provide businesses with an option to analyse data available in multiple disparate data sources and predict business outcomes with a configurable degree of certainty. AI and ML, Deep learning and IoT contributed 60% of our revenue.

How many MSMEs in the IT segment did you help to achieve growth?

The view that advanced technologies like AI and ML are not affordable and thereby only serves the needs of large enterprises with deep pockets has now become redundant, with the proliferation of large-scale digital marketplaces. These marketplaces are leading the way in transforming the tech-challenged MSME sector to full-fledged digital enterprises in easy-to-consume-and-pay-for models – a trend poised to give MSMEs a significant boost in their growth journey and make them future ready. As far as our organisation is concerned, we had enabled 6 MSMEs to transform their businesses.

In which domain did you help the IT MSMEs - AI-ML, IoT or Deep Learning? 

India’s MSME sector is one of the most credit starved in the world, with only 4% of the sector availing formal financing, thereby severely inhibiting its growth.  This is primarily due to the lack of traditional datasets in this sector. When it comes to domains, in the AI-ML segment, we had helped 5 and we had worked with 1 company in the IoT space.

How did you help the MSMEs or start-ups in adopting the latest technologies? 

a) Automating manual driven processes to system driven processes

b) Streamlining process bottlenecks to make the processes automatable

c) Reduce time taken and errors and thus improve efficiency and productivity

d) Provide clean data for data analysis

e) Get meaningful insights using the data and help businesses take well informed decisions
