When and how did you move to Cloud Business?

Cloud is not a choice anymore, it is a mandate for the business. We understood this well in time and started discussing the same with our clients almost five years back. As a system integrator, our job is to ensure that we integrate our client’s infrastructure in the most cost-effective and efficient manner. Hybrid cloud is the best solution for mid enterprises as it combines best of the breed services and functionality from multi-cloud vendors.

What are the different Cloud services do you offer?

We provide Hybrid cloud solutions to our customers. We provide consultancy to choose and run various applications and data storage platforms depending on the type of workloads. We provide migration services from one cloud to another in order to increase efficiency and optimize cost.

What sort of changes have you done to move to the cloud within the organisation in terms of Team, skill set, infrastructure, and others?

We provide regular training for our employees to understand technology and change mindset from a salesperson to a consultant. This is needed on regular basis and never ends. We have built a Centre of Excellence to showcase the latest technology trends and their benefits. That helps us to assess, demonstrate, co-innovate, test and enable along with our technology partners and clients.

How are your old and new customers adopting the new technology and moving to the cloud?

Almost every customer depending on their workloads and business continuity plan is adopting the new technologies. Each business has different needs and we specialize in providing customized solutions to each one of them.

What are the different challenges did you face in this journey?

Changing the mindset is the biggest challenge. We have to do it in phases, showcasing the short term and long-term benefits.

What is your overall growth being a cloud partner?

Our business has grown tremendously because we are acting as IT partners in the customer’s transformation journey. We are able to retain clients and maintain our balance sheet.

What are your future goals?

We wish to scale up our business by adding more and more customer-centric solutions. Our plan is to improve the geographical capabilities and grow our business globally. Our clear focus is to become a technology expert and provide cost-optimized, secured & efficient solutions. We wish to provide managed services and offer expert advice to automate operations and maintenance of customers’ hybrid IT infrastructure.
