What was the revenue growth % of your business in 2021?

Biswas Nair - Inspirria Cloudtech saw a growth of over 40% in terms of revenue in FY 21. We also saw a 100% growth in terms of new client acquisitions, especially from the start-up fraternity who are driven by VCs to adopt a Cloud solution as well as MSMEs who have realised that digital transformation using Cloud solutions is the fulcrum of their growth strategy.

Biswas Nair - Inspirria Cloudtech is a 100% Cloud focused consulting company specialising in Oracle NetSuite offerings and attains 100% of its revenue from Cloud based solutions and services.

What aspects of Cloud segments were most in demand in the last year?

Biswas Nair - As a part of the digital transformation, we saw a spurt in demand for SaaS based solutions especially Cloud based ERP solution to manage the financials, inventory and sales functions. A case in context would be, one of the healthcare start up client used Oracle NetSuite Cloud solution and Inspirria services to automate their entire Clinic Management system from the appointment booking, doctor assessment, clinic services to the final billing aspect. Considering the remote work at play in the pandemic period we also saw some set of clients leverage the Cloud solutions for online presence and customer support activities. The main theme of most of the organisations large and small was to have one integrated cloud solution to run their business accessible over the web and mobile.

What % of your clients came from the non-metro areas and from the MSME sector?

Biswas Nair - More than 70 % of the revenue came from MSME as well as the newly funded start up who looked at cloud as a way to quickly implement the solution as well as have the dashboards for business users to make informed decisions. There is a lot of acceptance within the new entrepreneurs in the non-metro areas to leverage Cloud elasticity for their growing business and we have seen increased enquiries in our sales funnel.
