Because of a growth in remote work demands and later, evolution of hybrid work systems becoming the vogue, Cloud solutions for various types of work systems rose in demand. Harinder Salwan helped his clients in installing various types of Cloud solutions. This involved working with diverse clients from the across the country who had different kinds of requirements. Installing these diverse requirements was quite challenging, which Harinder Salwan resolved quite efficiently.
What was your revenue growth % in 2021-2022?
Harinder - 2020-21 was a challenging times for us, but also a time when we could turn restrictions on movement and work into opportunities for us. Our sales revenue grew by 16% compared to revenue of 2020-2021. The revenue which fell down in 2020-2021, due to lockdown in 2020, was recovered and exceeded by 6 % as compared to the revenue of 2019-2020.
What % of revenue growth came from Cloud solutions
Harinder - Since majority of our business is based on subscription of software, which accounts for software licenses, 99% of the entire revenue is from Cloud software services and subscription. Demand for various types of Cloud solutions which could operate the softwares was very high with the remote work and hybrid work becoming popular.
Out of your clients, what % small businesses did you help - in metros and non-metros?
Harinder - We serve clients across the country in the metro as well as the non-metro cities and towns. Approximately 20% of our business comes from different customers located in areas which are not in the 5-6 major metro cities and the balance 80% is from the Metro cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore; and Mumbai has the biggest share of that revenue.
