Kailash - The demand for Cloud solutions increased in 2021, mainly because of the growth in the remote work culture. Later, the hybrid work system became popular. Both o these work systems needed Cloud solutions installations. Hence, we were able to offer multiple kinds of Cloud solutions to our clients. Our revenue growth because of Cloud solutions was 30%.

Out of your clients, how many % small businesses did you help in 2021?

Kailash - Here in Jaipur, we get inquiries from large enterprises, but also from many MSMEs, as Jaipur has a diverse industrial profile. It was heartening to see that many MSMEs felt the need for Cloud solution implementation in their businesses. They were as eager to go for various kinds of Cloud solutions as were our large enterprises clients. We were able to respond to their calls and almost 50% of our clients for Cloud solutions came from the MSME category.

What was the break up % of providing Cloud solutions to the businesses in the metros and in the non-metros in 2021?

Kailash - The non-metro areas that send us clients were as open-minded towards adopting the Cloud as the metro areas have traditionally been. We were glad to see that we got many calls from the non-metro areas to inquire about installing Cloud solutions in their workplaces. We provided our Cloud services almost 100% to the non-metro areas. This was unexpected and a very welcoming trend.
