What was the revenue growth % of your business in 2021?
In the year 2021, the world was in chaos because of the pandemic. Organisations were worried as to how employees will work in such a scenario. This is when companies entirely shifted their work on to Cloud. The need for Cloud solutions increased by double in a short span of time. Therefore, as a company our clients also increased which led to an increase in our revenue. Being the number one Cloud service company, we were able to deliver to our clients, thus leading to a growth in our revenues. For the year 2021, our total revenue growth was 44% and we were at par with revenue targets set by us.
What % of this revenue growth came from Cloud solutions?
Shivaami is a Cloud solution service company that offers migration, installations, support and other Cloud related services. The last two years saw an increase in the number of organisations opting for Cloud solutions. Therefore, as a company we saw 100% growth in our revenue, as the demand for Cloud surged.
What aspects of Cloud segments were most in demand in the last year?
Work environment went for a shift last year. Business companies started looking for a flexible solution that helped them work without an hassle. This is where cloud solutions supported them. Cloud solutions made the hybrid mode of work a success. Last year the following aspects of Cloud were in demand:
Business Organisations Embraced Hybrid Cloud
Regulated industries have shifted to Cloud solutions, but they do not offer strict data security measures. Therefore now regulated industries have adopted the hybrid Cloud, as it merges private and public Cloud features together. With the hybrid Cloud, employees are able to access company data (nonsensitive) through public Cloud and the private Cloud provides security and compliance features.
Adopting Cloud Based Disaster Recovery
The sudden shift to remote work made organisations realise the importance of proper disaster recovery solutions. It also exposed the various problems associated with the existing disaster recovery plans. But with the Cloud-based disaster recovery solutions, employees would access they content and work without any inconvenience.
Priority Was Given To AI
AI will help in organising business processes and remove manual tasks. Businesses will start utilising AI for data analysis and help companies have a better understanding about their products and services. AI will make the lives of employees stress free.
In the coming years, organisations will entirely shift to cloud and start exploring other alternatives related to cloud.
What % of your clients came from the non-metro areas and from the MSME sector?
As a company, Shivaami has its presence in different areas. We cater to clients from tier one to tier four cities. 20% of our clients come from the non metro areas and are from the MSME sector. We are already providing services to major MSMEs in all areas.
