These demands came from large enterprises as well as small businesses. There were many challenges in modelling the Cloud solutions according to the diverse needs of the clients. What was the revenue growth % of your organisation in 2021?

CloudConnect Communications witnessed a tremendous growth of 400% and explored other business verticals like BFSI, Healthcare, Ed-Tech, E-Commerce and Government. Observing a significant growth, the company has evolved its technology by introducing the UCaaS platform which offers voice, video and messaging. This year the company would also be launching innovative products ensuring further revenue growth and customer delight.

How much % of this revenue growth came from Cloud solutions?

Since CloudConnect Communications is a totally cloud-based service provider, so 100% of revenue for the company comes from cloud technologies.  

What aspects of the Cloud segment were in maximum demand last year?

Cloud Market is very huge and has great potential for the future. The trends and demand of cloud technologies that were majorly in focus last year were the Cloud computing (SaaS/ PaaS/ IaaS), AI, IoT, ML, Cloud-based solutions – OTT/ VoD, adoption of omni-cloud solutions like - Cloud PBX, Cloud Contact Center, Video Conferencing.

What % of your clients came from the non-metro areas and from the MSME sector?

CloudConnect’s 50% of the clients are from MSME Sector
