Partners' Challenges

In a response to the query about  whether Dell Technologies had received any feedback from its partners about  how they have met the challenges of deploying  Cloud solutions for enterprises, during lockdown, Amit Luthra said  that  on the basis of their conversations with their partners, they gauged that they are concerned about the changing environment. They observed that due to lockdown and other social distancing norms, businesses across sizes have adapted to remote working. And because of this, they are generating increased workloads. However, even after generating large amounts of data, they are still not able to derive true value from their data capital and this is due to lack of modern IT infrastructures. They also observed that while there is an increased sentiment from businesses towards uptake of cloud and other datacentre solutions, however, due to flat IT budgets, they are unable to do so completely.
