Questech India, a Bangalore-based e-solutions company, plans to revamp its
channel strategy to increase its geographic reach. According to the company,
this new initiative will also help in increasing its revenue flow. Previously
the company had a two-tier channel network of national distributors and
resellers. It now plans to introduce regional VARs, national systems
integrators, consulting partners and industry vertical partners.
Questech is known for its flagship product–beforeSales –a sales force
automation (SFA) software. This software is primarily targeted at medium to
large organizations with multiple branches and field sales force.

Says Vir Bhanu, Chief Marketing Officer, Questech India Ltd, "We believe
that good partnership is key to successful products. Therefore we value our
partnerships and believe in leveraging on partners’ strengths, providing
healthy margins, and building long-term profitable relationships." The
company plans to extend a margin of 20 percent per deal for channel partners.
"The key objective of the Questech Partner Program is to create a
seamless community of business partners who will deliver Questech value chain
solutions as a software service," adds Vir. Under the new partner program,
channel partners would cover services like concept, design, development and
implementation of Questech solutions.
