Seagate Technology has launched a nationwide call center to address the
storage information needs of its end-users in India. It will be accessible
through a toll free number: 1600331104.
The call center will act as pre and post-sales technical help desk for
end-users seeking solutions for their individual storage needs. It will provide
an additional support to all Seagate channel partners and distributors across
the country in dealing with the end-customers in their pre- and post-sales
stages.
"Seagate already has a sophisticated support set up for OEMs and channel
partners. Through this service, we hope to further strengthen our relationships
with our customers and increase our service level in India," says Joel
