What strategies do you use to get the channels help in Email business growth?

Anita Kukreja - We are constantly working on upgrading our partners with the Training and Certification programmes at IceWarp to keep them abreast about the industry and IceWarp as well.

The Email market has a mixed bag of providers which are providing plain vanilla email solutions with a relatively smaller investment required from the customer and on the other hand there is another set of providers who are providing a complete mailing and collaboration experience at a higher cost. There had been a gap in between and IceWarp fitted in well to give the experience of value with optimization of cost. We came in at the right time in the market bridging that gap and today we are proud to have received lots of accolades for being the top of the mindshare with our prospects and customers. The flexibility that we bring into the solution for the customer makes us the preferred choice amongst the CIO community. And we see the Channel partners together in our growth story. Its been our constant endeavor to have our partners as our partners in growth. Since the demand has grown from the market post pandemic, we align with our partners more closely to work together on strategic accounts and create value for our customers.

What are the statistics of business growth through channels in the last 2 years?

Anita Kukreja - The Mailing and Collaboration market has grown substantially and continues to grow year on year. Last 2 years have been mixed with lots of uncertainties and on the other hand demand has grown up drastically for Collaborative solutions like ours.  Channels form a core part of our DNA and we truly believe that channel partners help you scale and expand into new markets. They are key to the growth story we have for the region. We have Channels contributing a substantial share to our business worldwide.

Anita Kukreja - We are spread across Pan India in the major metros. Currently, our India HO is at Mumbai and we have plans to open offices in Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai soon. We work with partners across the country to get the reach across the country.

How do you see this business growing through channels in the next 2 years?

Anita Kukreja - The business continues to grow and an upward momentum is expected in the next 2 years too. There is a huge opportunity created by the work from home/hybrid working model due to pandemic wherein organisations have realized the importance of adopting an Enterprise grade email solution with collaboration as a key integral part of the solution. The need of having online meetings/conferences, team collaboration with the ease of being able to work together and co-edit documents, calendaring, being able to access your important documents and data on the cloud wherever you are. All of this has created a huge demand for a solution like ours.  In 2025, the Global cloud email and collaboration market is projected to be worth around 93 billion U.S. dollars as per Statista.
