Kapture CX has formed a strategic alliance with PwC India to deliver next-generation agentic automation solutions for customer experience management. The partnership combines Kapture CX's AI platform with PwC India's implementation expertise to create industry-specific solutions.

Collaboration Aims to Transform Enterprise Operations with Agentic Automation

The collaboration will primarily serve the retail, consumer, and BFSI sectors, focusing on three key application areas: contact centre operations, employee experience enhancement, and intelligent voice agents. Kapture CX brings its proprietary large language models and vertical AI capabilities to the partnership, while PwC India contributes its domain knowledge and solution deployment experience.

This joint initiative enables the development of tailored automation solutions designed to streamline enterprise operations and improve customer interactions. The partners plan to address specific industry pain points through intelligent automation implementations.
