When and how did you move to Cloud Business?

In the FY 2018-19, 3 years back, being 5 Star Certified Partner of Tally, we had implemented several multi Locational / branch implementations of ERP (Microsoft/TALLY.ERP 9 (Now TallyPrime). These customers were having challenges in Tally to drive Data SYNCHRONIZATION within multi Locations / multi-branches. So, we were looking for a single central deployment or a hosting solution to remove the data sync process of Tally and users work from anywhere anytime.

Being a Silver Certified Partner of Microsoft – we were in talks with them and then at that time Kaushik Paul of Microsoft, was highly instrumental to educate me and my team on the Azure Cloud business within Microsoft. He guided and supported our organization and our team from Day 1 and now we have more than 60+ customers on Azure Cloud only.
